Healthy, Vegan Banana Oat Cookies

These vegan, healthy cookies are actually delicious! Use up your browning bananas to make these filling and nutritious cookies. The recipe at its core is simply bananas, oats, and cinnamon. The rest is up to you!

 4 Bananas
 2 cups Rolled Oats
 1 tbsp Cinnamon (or more!)
 2 tbsp Raisins or Craisins (optional)
 2 tbsp Chocolate chips (optional)
 2 tbsp Chopped nuts (optional)

Smash the bananas and mix in the remaining ingredients with your hands

Roll into balls about 1 heaping tablespoon in size. Bake at 360 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
