Carolina Style BBQ Chicken

Extremely easy. Once you throw in the ingredients, you are golden. The chicken almost shreds itself and the seasoning listed above is reliably all you need to do.

You may want to add up to 1 bottle of BBQ sauce, depending on what kind of sauce you want!

 4 Skinned boneless chicken breasts
 1 cup Your favorite BBQ sauce
 ¼ cup Distilled white vinegar
 ¼ cup Brown sugar
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.

Clean chicken breasts by cutting off all fat and place in slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until meat is cooked through. Shred chicken and put back in sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Serve in buns, or make Kreitzer’s Buttermilk Biscuits
